Our Revolutionary 5-Stage Process
Stage 1: Initial Carpet Prep
We do a thorough pre-vacuum and edge vacuum in an effort to remove as many contaminants as possible.
Stage 2: Pre-Spot
Trained carpet tech checks all surfaces for heavy soils and stubborn stains and spots. Environmentally safe spotters are applied as necessary to loosen up and remove these stains.
Stage 3: Pre-Spray
Tech applies environmentally safe pre-spray emulsifier to further loosen up soils, disinfect, and shampoo the carpet.
Stage 4: Surface Agitation
Think of this stage as the "agitation cycle" on your washing machine. You can't clean your clothes by simply rinsing them in hot water. The same holds true for carpets. Our spin bonnet system was specially designed for the purpose of scrubbing carpets. It is this process that gently loosens ground in dirt and stains which allows for better removal.
Stage 5: Steam Extraction
